Our Platform may contain third-party advertising and links to other websites. Once you use these links to leave our Platform, we do not have any control over that website. 1) You can add, correct, update, modify or review your personal information on a regular basis. However, whenever you update information, we usually keep a copy of the previous version for our records.

2) If you do not want to receive emails or messages from us, please get in touch with our customer care team to de-list your e-mail ID.

3) You can choose to not provide your personal information or consent for usage of your personal information or subsequently withdraw your consent. However, this might not allow you to take full advantage of the features of our Platform.

 

          PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • We at Dhcrafts strive to give you a streamlined checkout experience. However, in rare instances, things might go wrong while you are trying to place an order. Here are some frequently asked questions about payment related issues – in case your query is not addressed here, you can mail us at [email protected]and our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Is it safe to make a Prepaid payment on Dhcrafts?
  • Yes it is! While checking out, your actual payment transaction will be made with our partner Payment Gateways – Cash free, CCAvenue or PayU. These are well established and secure payment gateways that are widely used by various businesses across India. Dhcrafts does not capture, process or save any sensitive information.
  • How can I pay while checking out with a Prepaid order?
  • Our Payment Gateway partners accept UPI and all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, American Express), Netbanking and Wallet options.
  • What is the normal flow for a Prepaid order?
  • Once you are done with the transaction on the Payment gateway, you will reach the Thank You page on Dhcrafts confirming that your order was successful.
  • Additionally, you will also receive an e-mail with your order information and an SMS with a confirmation message. Your order will then be processed and dispatched from our office – you can read more details on our Delivery Information page.
  • There was an error while completing the payment and the amount is debited from my account/card. Help!?
  • Don’t worry! On rare occasions transactions can fail because of network issues between the Payment Gateways and the banks or your card operators. This may also happen if the Payment Gateway is experiencing high volumes as well.
  • Your money is absolutely safe and will either reach us or be refunded back to you by your bank.
  • What happens if Dhcrafts does receive the payment after a transaction error?
  • Our customer team reconciles received payments and will manually process your order on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once this happens.
  • In case you experience an error during your transaction – you can mail us at [email protected]and we’ll be happy to help you out. Again, your payment is absolutely safe, so don’t worry.
  • Should I place another order in case the first attempt at a payment fails?
  • Yes, you can. In case the first payment goes through as well, we can refund it back to you. You can mail us at [email protected]and we’ll be happy to help you out.
  • Do you accept payments over UPI?
  • Yes we do – keep your VPA handy while checking out and your can make the payment using your preferred UPI app.
  • Are there any advantages of placing a Prepaid order instead of Cash on Delivery?
  • Yes! We offer Free Shipping across India for all Prepaid orders above Rs.300. Cash on Delivery orders incur an additional COD handling fee that is charged by our courier partners – these charges are displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
  • In case of any Returns, Prepaid users have the option of receiving their funds back to their bank account/card/wallet whereas COD users will receive the amount only in the form of credits in their Dhcrafts Wallet.

  • We actively promote and encourage digital payments as they allow us to conduct business more efficiently.

          RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Damaged or Defective goods. 

We try our level best to deliver your packages to you in the best manner, but in case of any damages, please write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the photo of the damaged goods in order to verify the same, and please mention your order number as well.  Any claims made after 24 hours of receiving the package will not be entertained.

A refund will be provided in form of reverse payment which will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days, after we receive and review the returned goods. (Only applicable for defective and damaged goods that were received by the customer)

Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit you with a Rs.60 coupon in your account in lieu of the shipping costs.

What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?

We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.

How long will the return process take?

Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.

How do I self-ship the products?

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

I didn’t receive a product in my package/missing product. 

In such case, please write to us at [email protected], attached with an image of the goods you have received and our team will investigate the same and either dispatch a new package for your or provide you a refund in form of store credits or a transfer whichever is preferred by the customer.

I don’t like the product I want to return it. 

In such case, please write to us at [email protected], please mention your order number, please note all products must be in unused condition with all packaging and labels intact in case of stickers the stickers must be in unused condition. Any claims made after 24 hours of receiving the package will not be entertained. Returns and refunds are not applicable on customised products a 10% difference may occur in screen color and print color due to screen brightness. Please note the goods are to be shipped by the customer and cost for the same must be borne by the customer to the address below:

Dhcrafts will in no way provide any refunds for products that are used or damaged by the user.

Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. Shipping charges are strictly to be borne by the consignee. For best service network we suggest using India Post.

Can I return some products out of a larger order?

Yes, you can return a part of an order, but any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied on your order will not be considered when processing these returns.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned?

Yes, the same product cannot be returned more than 2 times. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.
