WHY IS CASH-ON-DELIVERY NOT OFFERED FOR MY LOCATION?

Availability of Cash-on-Delivery depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. In addition, our delivery partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

Return policy

No, you can’t request a different product as a replacement. However, our replacement policy allows you to request a replacement device at no additional cost if the device received by you is defective or is not as ordered. If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept the item and hand the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD. Also, upon opening the parcel, if you find any defect or damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You will be eligible to get a replacement if:
1. Our examination of the device shows a defect that qualifies the device for a
replacement.
2. A replacement request is made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the
delivery of the order
3. The device has been received in its unused, original condition;
4. The device has been received in the original product packaging along with supporting documentation such as receipt or proof of purchase, price tags,
labels, warranty card and any freebies and accessories obtained along with the
original product. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of a suitable replacement product. This does not cover the routine product wear and tear, damage incurred during use or any other forms of damage and will not, in any event, entitle you to a refund, whether partial or otherwise.
